I was so disappointed in my experience with First Texas Honda. From the moment I pulled into the service department for my 11:15 scheduled appointment (and wasn't helped until 11:37), to them not honoring my free rental car reservation sent to me by them, to about $280 in extra services I did not agree to, I was unimpressed at best. When I went to pick up my car they told me my service advisor was "somewhere around here" and suggested I "keep an eye out" for him. A man walked in five minutes later looking for the same service advisor to pick up his car and I watched as the staff jumped up and found the advisor for him and escorted him into his office right in front of me. Howdy Honda soooooo much better!!
