Alan Brents / Internet Sales and Jason Mosley, / finance from the very beginning created an inviting and no pressure environment. Alan and Jason answered everything question I had with truthful and direct responses. I had to ask on several occasions, what is the catch? . They would respond with there is no catch . I wanted a new Gladiator with a certain option package and they did not have one on the lot. I said thank you and the call ended. 10 minutes later Alan called me asking if this was what I was looking for I said yes and asked about price and availability. He shot me a price and said the car was at another dealership in another state but he could arrange having it delivered to his place. I looked at the price (several thousand dollars less than any place within 100 miles me) and asked how long the transfer may take. That was on a Friday, the next Tuesday I drove up from Tulsa and drove it home.
I know that is long winded, but the point is this young man took the time to ask what I wanted and then found exactly that. No up-sale, no typical big city shenanigans, just outstanding customer service. Jason in Finance was just as good. I would drive the 2 hours again in a heartbeat to trade with this dealership and the gentlemen I encountered. 5 Operation and experience. BTW when I signed the contract I saw that there was a $2000 price reduction for the truck, apparently there were rebates that had become available. Yippie!! They could have kept that information to themselves BUT they didn t.
My experience was filled with honesty and integrity, thing that are too uncommon today.
