We had such a great experience with NorthTown. Caitlin went out of her way to show us all the cars we asked to test and catered to our every request. We finally settled on the Elantra GT. Although Caitlin works out of the Toyota facility, she Shuttled us to see and drive the Hyundai, Subaru and VW. We never felt pressured to select a car. The buying experience was a world different from years ago...

I previously had my older Toyota Matrix serviced at Northtown and their expert service led me to look at new cars there. It's so great to find a sales and service outfit that I can trust will put the customer at the top and not be just looking for how they can maximize profit. You have my loyalty as long as you continue your emphasis on the customer.
