This is by far the WORST organization and something needs to be done to fix this. I'm speaking as a client who is responsible for training, scheduling, and payment. The most difficult thing about this is not the employees that care for me but dealing with Allied. Every week you must pray that your employees get paid on time and for both weeks. I can't begin to tell you how many times payroll was late due to what they "claim" as missing or late time sheets that I know were faxed on time on Monday. Good luck calling to find out why because you won't get very far. I called just on Friday to find out, after a 30 minute wait I explained the situation about my employees being paid for 1 week and here is the response I got "Well I don't know who you are or who the employees are." Without asking my name or any info, I had to say to this person would it be helpful if I give you my name. I have never heard so much ignorance in my life. I don't have the time or patience to do other people's jobs for them. Simply put they make your blood boil and one day they will give me a stroke. They are ignorant, rude, and incompetent. Something needs to change.
