Terrible experience. Service quality was poor. We were browsing for a handbag for my birthday. The nearest staff was texting on her phone since we arrived and never offered to help. Her facial expression and attitude was the coldest. When we asked her questions she sounded uninterested and annoyed, I guess she wasn t happy because we interrupted her important business on her phone. She knew nothing about the brand and product, ended up leaving to seek help, but she never returns before we ran out of patience. We saw the girl again after 1 hour, still texting... Other staffs were a bit more helpful and we were shocked when the friendly guy told us that the rude girl, Catherine, is the sales manager. In my opinion she doesn t deserve a job in retail and David Jones needs to reconsider having her in the store. We ended up spending over $10k in the store that day but it was such a bad experience.
