There is so much to say about the way this dealers...

There is so much to say about the way this dealership is managed but I dont think I have enough space. I purchased a car on May 17 2018 from Kia Union City which is now ALM Kia Union City. The finance part is handled by Nissan Union City. I still DO NOT HAVE my tag. However, Nissan Union City have my money. My temp tag expires Jul 30 2018....yep today. It has been over 60 days and still no tag. Well with all that being said, there is only 1 title clerk....just my luck she had to leave on an emergency today. The Finance mgr Mark Thompson was who I was directed to, I knocked on his door he never said come in or have a seat. He just kept doing what he was doing. I asked him could I have a seat. Oh the person I need to speak to has a Mgr but she wouldnt know what I needed. WTH? I'm so angry, the Customer service SUCKS. So they said call or come back tomorrow. So if thd Title Clerk has won thd lottery and never coming back, then what? No one can get their tag paperwork processed. Oh and if you are wondering if its my first time checking on my tag, its not. More like my 5th.
