Awful experience. Sent my phone off on 10th May for water damage repair. Requested an update after a couple of weeks.. no response. Finally on 7th June, A MONTH later.. I asked for an update on the status of my order. At last, on June 10th.. having had NO communication I am told that the delay is because I accidentally selected '4s' rather than 6s' when when I sent in my iphone which meant they had their records all confused. What a joke! a month to figure that out?! Finally on JULY 1st I am sent a quote for repairs. By this time I was so frustrated I just asked the phone to be returned. Now i am being charged 49.99 GBP for just sending the phone in. Avoid at all costs.
