Terrible terrible service. Rude staff, rude manager. If you request not to pay the optional service charge, a 12.5% service charge that is added to the bill as you order and wait 20 minutes at the bar whilst they hopefully are making your drink but tend not to be, the bar tender will request that security remove you. Nice. At which point you will meet the only staff that see reason and don't quite understand why they, as door men, have been called in to resolve the matter.
