Tasca ford service center was an excellent experience. This is coming from an absolute Motorhead, meticulous, car fanatic. They treated me and more importantly my car with upmost respect. First off the gentleman at the front desk nick nice was fantastic! So patient and intently listened to what I had to say. That then translated to excellent communication between the front desk and the service foreman who worked on my Shelby. Everything I asked for was explicitly followed and I'm grateful for that. Overall an excellent experience. I'm a person who does all their own mechanic work, so needing to go to he dealership for very specific service needs I'd always a worrisome time for me. These 2 gentleman gave me the confidence that my car was in good hands. Something as simple as nick getting the foreman who was going to be working on my car to come talk with me was fantastic. The process of me starting an oil consumption test for my GT350 was streamlined and easy from a consumer perspective. I truly appreciate service and look forward to seeing them soon when bringing my car back in to finish the oil consumption test.
