Went into the store to exchange a macbook that malfunctioned in less than a week.

I understand that all the staff was busy with the new iphone release, but the service was still very unsatisfactory. All the staff that I met in the store constantly demonstrated that they were busy, and NO ONE was there to patiently answer questions.

Considering that I had to revisit the store for a device that malfunctioned in less than a week, I do not think I deserved such treatment.

The staff seemed to have forgotten that they are the ones getting paid to help customers. Instead, it's the customers that have to cater to the whims of the staff. I should not have been the person begging for help when it was a defective product that got me back to the store. It's simply nonsensical. Every single staff seemed to think that either he/she was Steve Jobs or Tim Cook at the very least. They were completely spoiled.

Please bring back the effort and passion you had when you worked so hard to win over Microsoft users. To be more candidly straight forward, the staff should do their job.

Terrible experience due to terrible staff.
