Called and scheduled an appointment for a main drain that was clogged. They scheduled me for today. During the day they called two times and said they were coming. I waited all day, can't shower because of raw sewage coming up. They called at 4 PM and said that they could not come. She refused to let me speak with a manger, she was rude.

WHAT KIND OF COMPANY SCHEDULES AN APPOINTMENT CALLS YOU TWICE AND THEN CALLS AT 4 AND CANCELS??????????? I COULD HAVE CALLED SOME OTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!!
