Matt and his team were brought to me as a recommendation from VERY experienced home buyers (ex-military that have moved more times than they care to think about), so I trusted the recommendation, and I was absolutely not disappointed.

They are extremely knowledgeable and available. Matt knows the game and how to play. He knew when and how to push the right buttons and get me what I needed. One of the best things I can say is that Matt made me feel like I was his only client, although I know they are busy. He was always available and always answered or called back immediately.
