Poor accessibility. Steps into the venue, steps into the bathroom, no interchange between seating and standing.

One of our party had injured their knee about a week prior to the concert and had to sit down - the staff told her, citing safety issues, they could sit down only for a few minutes, after that they'd have to stand up or they would have to leave. The staff then proceeded to sit exactly where they told our party member they could not sit. Our party member ended up listening to the concert from the bathroom because that was the only place they were permitted to sit.

Bathrooms weren't as gross as some venues, but they were unpleasant - dark tide marks around the rim, suspicious splatter marks on the bowl, the lid, the seat and the walls.
