More interested in Upselling than fixing the problem... Kevin was very knowledgeable technician and identified the fault in the A/C then out of the blue a sales guy shows up trying trying to sell me a new A/C and yearly subscriptions that are designed to lock the customer and create avenues for more upselling with very little value offered.

The Quotes for the new A/C were not competitive and when I checked elsewhere I was able to have one installed for less than half the price (not an exaggeration)

They did not follow up on our agreement to quote for the spare part and fix the issue.
