FPI just started managing the complex where I live. Up until they took over, The Verge was a great place to live. First came the rent increase, then the notice of you pay for your utilities now, then added pet rent, and the rules they made up SUCK! NO DECORATIONS ON YOUR PATIO, NO PLANTS, NO NOTHING. Its like living in a cave. Thanks for nothing FPI. Moving the first chance I get. Anyone thinking about the Verge in Reno, heed this warning..IF YOU LIKE ALOT OF RULES AND MANAGEMENT BEING SNEEKY, WELCOME HOME! no thanks for me..good luck if you choose to live here.
