AirBNB is terrible and does not match their market...

AirBNB is terrible and does not match their marketing. I am underwhelmed and unimpressed with their platform and their customer service.

I planned a 17 day DoD business trip in May 2020. Due to Covid, DoD cancelled all travel. Consequently, I cancelled the trip, and asked for a refund. I provided the DoD order, letters on company letterhead attesting to the cancelled event, provided the federal contract ID so they could verify that my firm was on a government contract. I held multiple phone calls and exchanged numerous messages with customer service, since their extenuating circumstance policy specifically allowed for reimbursement due to a government mandate. AirBNB still wanted more documentation. I don't think any amount of documentation will suffice for them.

Oh...I didn't get a refund. If that wasn't clear.
