On 2oth Aug, I had interview for digital marketing...

On 2oth Aug, I had interview for digital marketing, I was online on skype. I was waiting more than 1 hour, but no consultant person pinged me. Then I emailed HR (who conducted my interview) and He replied back and schedule interview to the next day. I also had work but I think they don t have value for the other person s work/deadlines. And, very next day, I gave an interview. It was good, and gave the task and I have completed. After my email, HR gain draft an email and said that Requirement has closed I mean seriously, just in few hours, they closed it, selected. How this is possible? And if they already selected someone else that good but why interviewer gave me task? Is it for just formalities? That s very pathetic. For SilverTouch, please don t waste time if you are taking an interview just for formalities. You don't know candidate s situation. If the candidates are not suitable for the role please directly call them why they are not qualified.
