my first and last product from electrolux, customer service is to the level of disgusting. took them 38 mins to pick up my phone and know nothing about their product. give them model number and they still need time to figure out what that is..IF YOU HAPPEN TO SEE THIS REVIEW, THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING THEIR PRODUCT.
