Avari tower is probably one of the four nicest hotels in Karachi. But for myself it's their restaurants that pulls the crowd in, including me. Fujiyama is the best Japanese restaurant in town. Dynasty and sky barbeque are also excellent restaurants with great food. The rooms in hotel are very good. Kids love the temperature controlled swimming pool. Gym is also good. The view from the rooms is just breathtaking. As far as the security goes I believe it was the first hotel in Karachi which was cleared by the UN agencies.
