I try to call ahead ER staff hung up on me twice. I suffer from COPD . They're saying staff has no bedside matter. Approximate wait time from versing staff. 8 to 12 hours wait time for someone in critical need of medicine that cannot Breath. It's a shame there's only 2 major hospitals in this city of 300000.
