I had the bug to purchase a daily driver after my current vehicle was starting to show it's age after 12 years. I called around to several dealerships to setup test drives with multiple cars because I wanted to get the car I like the most. I went to Germain Toyota for my first test drive that morning. When I got there, the car was already in the garage ready to go. The test drive lasted about 20 minutes and I was given the chance to drive the car on streets as well as the highway. After the test drive, we went inside to discuss the price of the car. I let the salesman know that I had other test drive appointments that day, but I would let him know when I made a decision. He had absolutely no problems with this, and did not try to keep me at the dealership. After going to a few other dealerships, I felt absolutely haggled at them. They tried different techniques to keep me at the dealership despite telling them I had other appointments to test drive other cars. One dealership actually offered to let me drive their car, to a different dealership that I was headed to for a different test drive. It was very off-putting, and I wasn't happy about it at all.

After finishing up all my scheduled test drives, and being haggled with most of the day, I called Germain back and let them know I was interested in purchasing the car I tested out that morning. It was evening by then, but they told me if I had time they were still open. I drove back over to Germain, and was out the door with my new car in a little over an hour. Everything was quick, accommodating, and everyone was really friendly. Will certainly be sending friends and family to them in the future.
