I have a contract with SunSystem Technology for active monitoring on my solar panels. Their monitoring is better described as passive or not at all. When ever an issue arises resulting in lapse of production it is Sol Systems that informs me of such when I am not getting paid for my SRECS.

My current issue is with my inverter and my system has been down for four months. Four months ago I was told they need to order a part from the manufacturer which is fine. But in those four months I cannot get anyone to update me. As many on here have noted they do not answer their phone, respond to voice mails, return texts or emails. They just collect your money and call it a day. The only one that does answer the phone is customer service. However, it is with such attitude and lack of empathy that she informs you she will do nothing to help you! But would I like her to transfer me to the voicemail of the manager! The very same one that won t respond to texts, emails, and voicemails already left!

This company is the worst, they will take your money and leave you hanging when you need something repaired.
