I just had a HORRIFIC conversation with Shawn Strang who approached me about selling me a car. Part of the conversation went like this... after I told him my annoyance with car salesmen trying to "sell" me and take advantage because I am a female this transpired....

Me: 685 credit score, $2,500 cash down, needing to stay within $350/month payment on something with less than 80,000 miles no more than a 3 year note... automatic and not a subcompact throw away car... anything like that?

Shawn: Yep, I believe I have some options that may work for you.
You may need to have SOME wiggle room in your payment since you are only wanting a 36 month term. Maybe up to $400/month

I was ready to make a purchase today, but will NEVER shop at Jay Hatfield because of this very unreputable person Shawn Strang facebookDOTcom/Shawn.Strang1 The conversation went even further with him gaslighting me, telling me I was being rude when I called him out on his con. I asked how it was I could find a vehicle that fit my parameters without knowing their inventory but he could. He then stated that:
You want a 3 year term with expectations of a 5 year term.

folks... look at my parameters... it was well within reason to believe that something should have worked. This is simply unacceptable... I was ready to buy a car today but couldn't even get Shawn to actually HELP me without him trying to bump me on payments... WOW
