I was shocked by the outrageously bad service here...

I was shocked by the outrageously bad service here. My car was there for two weeks and no one would return my calls when I called to find out about time/problem/fees. Whenever I got ahold of someone they didn't know what was going in and said another person would call back but they never do. Finally got me a rental car which cost me money because I live out of town and went over the kilameters. I will be taking my BMW to StCatherines BMW where the service is amazing.
