Great service. I took my bike in on a Sunday I needed a new tube tires and tune up badly. I was told it would take about 2 weeks as it needed extensive work. (my fault) I asked if they could replace the tires and tube and make me an appt so I could at least keep riding. They said they would. I left my there for the immediate work. They called me later the same day and ALL of the work was done. the best part is IT WAS HALF THE ESTIMATE. I just rode it for the first time since the work and it feels like I have a new bike.
