Awful customer service. I walked in with the hopes of getting a tattoo. I was hoping to get someone to speak with and let me know what was the process since all they have is a table with tablets that dont really explain much either. While looking for help i was rudely asked if i needed any help by someone who didnt even look like they worked there and who heard me asking around for assistance. Long story short : If your expecting any kind of guidance to getting a tattoo or even their pricing , just know your going in lone wolf.
