stayed at this hotel for two days and it was the worse two days. first off the hotel was booked under someone else name and i was added to the room this was day one. day two i happened to run into the cleaning lady as she saw me entering my room she stated to me that my room didn't have anyone staying there. So i went to the front desk and and i was told that i needed to check out and check back in even though the pre-existing booking was prepaid weeks before our initial visit. So my keys was turned off and I had to sit in the lobby for a hour while they sorted this out and i had to pay another resort fee and deposit to stay in the room that we already paid for. So if i had been gone all day i would be without a room. So when it came to pay for the deposit they wanted to charge the deposit to another room of a friend that was staying in a ANOTHER room on a completely different reservation. As for the room its cold and thats due to the old windows. the sinks are clogged and staff treat you are rude. i had food delivered and did not let the delivery man bring me my food ... never again i left and went to the hilton the second day
