The worst service we had in Mackinac City. Never got a refill, checked up on after entrees arrived, nor told we could go up to the salad and soup bar after ordering. Server (from the Caribbean, possibly Jamaica...believe her name was Navlet) acted as if she didn't want to be there and could stand to smile once in a while. Salad bar was not kept full. The cottage cheese literally had about 2 bites left, there was only 1 slice of cucumber left, and a couple other items I could not identify because they were empty. Also, the potato soup tasted of scorched milk, as if it had either simmered too long or the milk wasn't stirred enough when making the roux. That said, the fries and pancakes and the bison burgers were plentiful and excellent; the entree quality was the only reason why we didn't give the experience a one-star review.
