my case and back pain wasn't big enough for them to care about..i fell 9' onto my back at work..there was probably gross negligence on my employer.. my employer broke doctors orders over and over after my fall... i complained to them and to insurance company...but my injury wasn't important to McCormick from what i was told...told me my case wasn't big enough for a "small" firm..then take your ads off of TV because they make it seam like you care..YOU DONT!!! find another attorney DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!
