These folks helped me out a lot when I was coming back from being self-employed. They had a new assignment ASAP for anytime a temporary assignment ended. Elana my manager was extremely helpful. Always paid weekly on time. I ended up accepting a Fortune 500 offer however Allied was instrumental in keeping my savings high during this time and allowing me to pay off all my debt :)

After interviewing at the Lenexa office, I left feeling like they truly do not care about finding you employment. The interviewer did not once make eye contact, she had no interest in my answer to her questions, as I waited for her to look at me and not her computer. No she was not typing. Perhaps more training is needed.

Do not work here. Poor communication unrealistic representation of the company upon hiring. I was told I would be needed to work a minimum of two weeks per month, but if I wanted to work overtime, I would be able to work as much as I want. After being hired for 4 months, every single engagement they told me I would be working on has fallen through somehow coincidentally. Or gotten rearranged, pushed back, shortened, or needs changed. Out of four months, I have worked a total of 14 days. They will not respond to email, the training is insufficient, and their attitude of fake it till you make it, should tell you all you need to know about what kind of company this is. Do not waste your time, no matter what they tell you, they will not follow through. I honestly do not know how they sleep at night, having families with children working for them, and leaving them hanging with no income after promising them work. At least I don't have kids and can fend for myself. The thousands of dollars that I am out, from waiting around for them two do what they promised when they hired me, has been a huge inconvenience, especially right before Christmas. Total bullshit company.

They called and told me I needed to come in a day ...

They called and told me I needed to come in a day early because they were cancelling orientation for the next day. I was told that I would be starting orientation for Cerner contract position and to bring in photo ID, SS card, and proof immunizations. I get there and there are several other people waiting in a conference room with me. Everyone looked just as confused as I was as to what this was all about. They discussed the job description then broke us off one by one for individual interviews. Then afterwards they sent me home and told me they would let me know Friday if I could start Monday. That would give me no notice and they told me at the last minute that they only had a few spots left. What a joke! You should never make people come in and waste their time by lying to them about it being an orientation. An orientation means that you're starting the position. That was the most deceitful unprofessional operation I've ever seen.
