We checked in to this place. We called to make the reservation and got 4 different price rates for the same room. Finally we agreed to a price. The front desk check in was an experience when the person at the desk ask me to sign to "take responsibility for the room". I have stayed many times in Branson to include Award Winning hotels and this was the first time I was ask by a front desk person who I found out later is the owner, to sign "to take RESPONSIBILITY for the room". It seems that the owner who says he is the GM doesn't take THE RESPONSIBILITY for the stained dirty towels that feel like sandpaper, nor for the outdated TV's, nor for the dirty floors, nor for the sorry breakfast with old eggs, bread and biscuits, nor for the rooms that have a smell of a foreign odor like roach spray and the lack of concern for how I as a guest feel. SO WHEN YOU CHECK IN THIS HOTEL GET READY TO "Sign to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the OUTDATED ROOMS" and pay a $200.00 penalty for anything they deem fit to charge you with after you leave! There is one good thing about this place and that is when you leave!
