After 16 years with her mini-van, my wife finally bought a new car, a Toyota Highlander from Lou Fusz Toyota. Our salesman, Tom Koch, was exactly the kind of salesman we needed - low-key, helpful, and knowledgeable (and if he didn't know the answer the one of our questions, he went and found someone who did know). With help from Eric and Mark, the whole process went really well. Kudos to the staff. And my wife loves the car (almost as much as I do).
