First the service was outstanding. Super attentive and happy staff. Started with the pork belly and it was amazing. Great flavor and really well prepared. My ribeye was good but not fantastic. The outside was charred and hard to cut but the inside was good. I just expected everything to be perfect with Gordon's name on it. I've had better steak in Texas.
