I scheduled an appointment on July 10, 2017 for the 99 dollar special.
After Gillece reschedule my appointment at least FIVE (5) time, when the technician finally arrived, she provided me with WRONG information. The technician that came to my house needs RETRAINED. She claimed I could not get the 99 dollar special because I had a mixture of old and new wiring, and my wiring would need updated to accommodate the three prong outlets. Well it was ALL A LIE!! I have a home warranty. August 30, 2017 the home warranty company was able to successfully change my 2 prong outlets to three prong outlets with NO ADDITIONAL WORK, or WIRING. If you order any service from GILLECE be sure to get a second opinion because from MY experience with them, they have NO IDEA what they're doing. How can one electrician say she can't complet the same job another electrician did?
