Worst ever!!! Don t ever call them. They are con artist!!! I am a 27 year old first time home buyer. I called Gillece to replace a thermostat and a plug. The service guy that came out was not even interested in looking at that. He went right down to the basement to looo at the heating system and started saying negative things. Not cover anything then he tried to scare me with talking about carbon monoxide and things like that. I was nervous and scared. He wanted 2 half hrs of my time when I was there. They will try to give you something for free if you do a google review first kind of odd to do a review of you didn t do the Job yet. They had me apply for 2 credit cards with there company. The first one was with synchrony bank they gave me a 6,000 limit the service tech wanted the money to go to 16,000. Then they gave me 7 grand then he had me go to another company. Complete rip off.
