Same day service for a replacement furnace on one that was 40 years old and needed a lot of work to repair properly. The service manager Ron was very honest and knowledgable. Once he helped me decide from various options, whether to fix or buy a new unit, including various financing options, 2 installers (Dave and Dave) came to install the new furnace that day. They worked very neatly and were extremely polite. Though my condo is a 4th story walk up, they did not complain or bemoan the stairs. They did an excellent job. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my old furnace is in the hallway and will need to be picked up for removal at a later time. Luckily the unit next to mine is vacant right now so this isn't too big of an issue. Overall an easy experience.
