Camping not up to its 4 stars
The water in the indoor pool is cloudy, the floor is broken, mildew is present on the false rocks, the inside of the pool is clogged, the water is stinking, one grate at the bottom of the missing water and another broken which represents a danger for children.
The pools are not heated.
In the mobile home the water of the shower and faucets smell chlorine, it is to ask if it is drinkable. The mobile home was also outdated and dirty on my arrival.
On the terrace, a screw was sticking out, and I hurt my foot. Some pieces of glass were present on the terrace, it corresponded to a pitcher broken by the old tenants, pitcher that I asked the first day of my stay and that I never had.
The insulation of the windows does not speak about it, there was a hole that let in the fresh air of the night and the rain. Speaking window, some curtains were too small for windows and some loops were missing, the rest were rusty.
The hood was covered with grease, very appetizing to eat.
Director of the non-welcoming campsite like most of her staff (especially at the snack bar whose quality of food leaves more to be desired.

It may be time to ensure the cleanliness of places and homes! This is inadmissible for a campsite and especially for a 4-star.
