Today was my first visit where he gave me a preventative medication and shots to help manage.
I gave them a low rating just to the office staff. They never explained to me that the paperwork was mandatory before I came in for my appointment. I never received the paperwork, and I showed up for my appointment 30 minutes in advance to fill out any paperwork. They told me they had canceled my appointment due to not returning my paperwork. After I had filled it out, they made me give them my credit card number for their no show cancelation policy which I was never made aware of, or else they would refuse to see me.
Afterwards, their office manager came to talk to me, which made it seem as though I was being talked to by the principal.
All in all, they didn t recognize they had dropped the ball in sending me the mandatory paperwork and refused to see their part in it.
Most unwelcoming staff, I was very disappointed in their customer care.
Hopefully the doctor s advice makes it all worth the afternoon i went through.
