What an experience! The front desk gave as a room that was occupied by someone. Good that the guest was not in their room. This is insane specially kids opening the room and seeing stuff that they should not see!!! Please be careful in hiring staff ---Not a good way to start our San Diego Vacation. Very frustrating! Your system should not allow this in the first place.
