Went here over a month ago to get a new set of handlebars/grips, a rear wheel truing, and a rear brake installation. Service was fast and everything seemed to be in good order when I left.

HOWEVER, after riding my bike for a few miles, the rear wheel suddenly went loose. Turns out, the axle lugs were barely even tightened! Since it was a quick fix, I addressed the issue myself. Unsettling that this was a day after picking it up, but I assumed it was a one-off thing.

It wasn't. I realized that 1) The grips were installed backwards 2) The handlebars were installed unevenly and 3) The used brake calipers I received were not the correct size for my bike and barely cleared the sidewalls. I'm kicking myself in the head because I hadn't realized all of these issues until just after the 30-day warranty. What a waste of money.

Don't make the costly mistake I made: Don't trust the employees' recommendations for used gear and triple check everything before you leave! I am NEVER coming back here to support such shoddy work. I understand that this is a largely volunteer-basef service but seriously?

Going to a professional bike shop to fix any other issues that I may have missed. Hopefully it won't cost me another $200.
