Everything was great from greetings and VIP check-in at the bar with a view of very famous Spinalonga island. The hotels provides only suites and villas. We stay at a family suite which can accomodate 4 people. Unfortunately we did not receive upgrade to a suite with a private pool, but ours was very great and have a Jacuzzi. Breakfast was great with s lot of option for food lovers. Try freddo espresso without sugar - it is an amazing drink during hot summer! The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel provides changing towels and room making up twice a day. No compliant on room service. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel. All food was great, but a little overpriced. The hotel has its own beach, some swimming pools filled with seawater.
