We were shopping for a SUV. Meghan from Smithtown Toyota greeted us warmly and showed us a RAV4. She very throughly explained many features and took us for a test drive. The car was quite comfortable to drive and she was very helpful and knowledgeable to get us see and use its tech features. She later presented two options of the trims and pricing for us to consider. She clearly explained the differences and pros and cons. There were also benefits from the dealer such as lifetime inspection, free car wash with service, 2 year road side assistance, etc. Overall it was a very nice experience with Meg and I would recommend her highly.
