disclaimer : never ever choose this company as your software engineer choice .
so , i am a campus placement selected candidate .
SILVER TOUCH have the highest changing policy and highly unsupportive HR and management. my training started from January 2020 , during our first month's they give general training on c# (not that much good ) and then after we have 1st months exam , after that they just randomly divided candidate into technology according to them (based on marks).
Then after completing 6th months of training , they selected only 8 candidate out of 92 .
And also reduce package of those 8 candidate to 50% .

Fake promise that they had done to all 92 candidate.
1) during pre-placement talk they said that, candidate have freedom to choose any technology .
2) after clearing all round (aptitude +technical+hr) they said that , candidate have to submit their original marksheet and they will return when they join our training (and matter of fact they have never any single marksheet to those innocent candidate till now (as of today , I am writing review) )
3) and apart from all those , they said they have fixed CTC for all .
[Infact they reduce CTC to 50% that was committed to candidate on placement] and if you think that I am just missguided you ask teachers or students of PDPU,LD,VGEC,GECG,GEC DAHOD ,GANPAT UNIVERSITY.
