They sent me monthly statements which indicated my balance. Somehow when I log in online my balance has increased by $3,000. When I called they weren t sure what had happened so I was put on hold so the rep could talk to her manager. When she came back to me she informed me statements don t show the full picture of your balance, I know it s frustrating
Don t understand the purpose thereof to not show the full amount I owe as any other loan service would.
