I am so grateful to have had such a easy process in signing up to My GoMedigap plan. Working with Heidi as my Agent was very comfortable, her customer service skills are impressive. Clarity at such a time in my life is important, and she never let me fill like a bother. I felt very well educated at the conclusion of our over the phone conversation, and I did not have to worry about leaving the house.
