Rudy M. is awesome! He called prior to arriving, and was right on time. He was very knowledgable and was the epitome of a professional. It has been a long time since i have been impressed by such a professional. I very seldomly write reviews but i had to pass along my sincere apprication for Rudy's work. If everyone at TLC is like him, i will be a customer for life!
