BEWARE: NT Chrysler Jeep and Dodge They are very unprofessional. They lie when they sell you a car (etching that I said I didn't want was charged for and told I had good credit, then received 25 pieces of mail from various banks with denials, sold a car from under me when I was looking at it and waited 7 hours before I was told the car was sold.) Then 1.5 years after buying a car I try to cancel the extended warranty which covers absolutely nothing! Call and leave several voice messages, finally tell them I want to speak to manager and I am sent from Mike in finance to a man named Jim who answered my questions, then call back to talk to Jim in finance and receptionist tells me they don't have a Jim in finance? They transfer me back to Mike who is very unpleasant and now gives me information completely different from what Jim told me. I worn anyone to beware of this company and the people they employ. Read the other reviews, they're all NEGATIVE this was a nightmare!!!!
