They did a credit check for a home loan or refinance without my knowledge or permission. This caused my credit report to drop and made me worry that I was a victim of identity theft. I have not been in the market for a loan or refinance. When calling them on it, they kept passing me off to extensions that were voice mails. Nobody answers or returns your calls. The office responsible is out of Lombard, IL.
