Buying car was great experience. But finance manager Kim Donald did not help afterward. Called 4 times and dozen of emails to get my GAP insurance cancelled. Its been 5 month since car purchase and after being assured from Finance department that matter will be handled and my GAP full refund will be applied to my balance, nothing has been done. Extremely poor management. Lies lies and lies. Its frustrating.

However my sales associate darren was great. Helped alot while shopping for car.
