Very poor customer service all around. Bought a car here recently. Very difficult to get a call back actually impossible I have to keep calling and insist to speak with someone as my calls are never returned . I was even told by the sales man to call to remind him to get back to me about an issue with the car! They try to also up sell you these ridiculous service packages that are not needed. I was the easiest customer ever picked out a car in 10 minutes. Was just looking for good service and did not get it here once I drove the car off the lot. Sad as we are looking for another car for our household and definitely not going back here.
